Welcome to Elzara Jewels, an online jewellery destination serving customers across Pakistan. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of elzarajewels.com and your purchase of products from Elzara Jewels.

1. About Elzara Jewels

Elzara Jewels is operated by Kaif Us Sehar and provides online jewellery products and related accessories, subject to availability.

2. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure product names, descriptions, photographs, specifications, measurements, colours, and prices are accurate. Minor differences may occur due to screen settings, photography and lighting, natural material variations, or production batches.

3. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after an order is submitted, Elzara Jewels may contact you regarding available options.

4. Pricing

All prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated. Prices may change without prior notice. The applicable price is generally the price displayed when the order is placed, subject to correction of obvious errors.

5. Orders

Elzara Jewels may accept, decline, cancel, or limit an order where reasonably necessary, including product unavailability, incorrect pricing or product information, suspicious activity, incomplete customer information, delivery limitations, technical errors, or unusual orders.

6. Customer Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate name, delivery address, phone number, email address where applicable, and other required information. Elzara Jewels is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Standard delivery is approximately 3–5 business days. Free standard delivery is available on orders of PKR 3,000 or more. Orders below PKR 3,000 may have delivery charges. Overnight delivery may be available for an additional charge depending on location and courier availability.

8. No Refund Policy

Elzara Jewels operates a No Refund Policy. Monetary refunds are not offered for change of mind, personal preference, incorrect product selection, incorrect size selected by the customer, or products no longer wanted.

Eligible product issues may be addressed through exchange or replacement according to the Return & Exchange Policy.

9. Jewellery Care

Avoid unnecessary exposure to water, perfume, lotions, cosmetics, chemicals, chlorine, cleaning products, excessive moisture, and prolonged sweat. Normal wear, scratches, tarnishing, oxidation, fading, or damage caused by improper care may not qualify as a defect.

10. Intellectual Property

Elzara Jewels branding, logos, product photography, descriptions, graphics, videos, website content, marketing materials, and original written content belong to Elzara Jewels or its licensors unless otherwise stated and may not be reproduced without permission.

11. Prohibited Use

You must not use the website for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purposes, including unauthorized access, malicious software, fraudulent transactions, commercial content scraping, promotion abuse, or submission of false information.

12. Website Availability

Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical problems, hosting issues, internet connectivity, security incidents, or circumstances outside our control.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Elzara Jewels is not responsible for losses arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control, including courier delays, technical failures, third-party interruptions, natural disasters, weather events, or government restrictions.
